Risk Management

To manage and minimize the risks in carrying out its business activities, the Company and its Subsidiaries adopt the principles of good corporate governance (GCG). This is in line with the Company's vision of being an accountable company that provides value to shareholders and stakeholders.

The Company Group, including the Board of Directors, takes various efforts and strategies to manage corporate risks and implements risk management in the Company's governance. To minimize these risks, the Company engages in risk management, including wise business management, implementing accountable operational systems, and fulfilling the functions and tasks assigned by shareholders to the best of its ability.
